Lisa Lightbown shares her life and lessons learned as a solitary kitchen witch.

A descendant of a water witch and a long line of men and women with second sight, Lisa opens her door and heart to all, using her intuition, education and common sense to guide and encourage people to attune to their inner voice and knowledge.

Lisa writes with humor and honesty about her relationships with her elderly parents, her inherited poodle, her loved ones, and her daily struggle with chronic and debilitating pain.  

 

  

 

I live in southern Maine, between Mt. Agamenticus, the Piscataqua River and the Atlantic Ocean.
From my home I can see the mountain to the east, the sunset to the west and I can smell the ocean.

Home bound most of the time due to chronic health issues, I feel so fortunate to be able to see such beauty from my windows.

Twenty five percent of sales through my Etsy shop will go to helping the less fortunate to stay warm this winter. I have made and donated close to 400 hats for my area homeless and struggling souls in the last five years, and with your help I can do more.

I named my company Five Element Arts in honor and remembrance of incredible women who came together to help a mutual friend who died of breast cancer at age 40…Thank you for the life and death lessons Nicole, Lisa, Ann and especially Sherri.
